3. Account Registration & Security

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kriya 11 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and may have funds withheld pending investigation:
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.

- Money Laundering: Using kriya 11 to launder funds or to facilitate any illegal financial activity. kriya 11 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
- Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to use the platform while under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your kriya 11 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by using the account closure tool in your Account Settings. Upon closure request, kriya 11 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited at the time of closure — only your real-money balance is returned.
8.2 Closure by kriya 11
kriya 11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (see 8.3 below).
Where kriya 11 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where kriya 11 closes an account for reasons unrelated to player fault (e.g., regulatory change affecting a specific region), the full real-money balance will be returned.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months. kriya 11 will send a notification to the registered mobile number 30 days before applying the inactive account policy. Following the 12-month inactivity threshold, an administrative fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the account balance to cover maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in. Players can reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing identity verification.
8.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their lives may apply for self-exclusion through their Account Settings or by contacting support. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months is available, with options extending up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kriya 11's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kriya 11 is not liable for any of the following types of loss, even if such loss was foreseeable or kriya 11 had been advised of the possibility of such loss:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data stored on the platform.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
- Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond kriya 11's reasonable control (including mobile network outages, payment gateway failures, and force majeure events).
- Losses arising from the player's own failure to maintain account security, including sharing login credentials.
- Losses arising from the player's reliance on information provided by third parties (including sports tipsters or other players).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes kriya 11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These exclusions are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the applicable law of Bangladesh.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, with reference to the applicable consumer protection framework as it pertains to digital services. kriya 11 does not make specific claims regarding regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body. 10.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and kriya 11, we encourage you to first contact our support team via live chat so that the matter can be resolved informally and quickly. 10.3 Severability

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the commercial intent of the original clause.
10.4 Entire Agreement
