📋 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and kriya 11 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at kriya-11.com. By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered on the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kriya 11 or any affiliated platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not register an account or use any service provided by kriya 11. 2.1 Age Verification

👤 3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on kriya 11 — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

3.1 Registration Requirements

kriya 11 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their login credentials. However, where unauthorised access is reported promptly and there is evidence of no negligence on the player's part, kriya 11 will conduct a good-faith investigation and take reasonable steps to protect the account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

kriya 11 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal, after large cumulative wins, or where our fraud detection systems flag unusual activity. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. 5.4 Seasonal Promotions

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. kriya 11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of obvious technical error on the platform's part.
• Minimum bet amounts are stated within each market and game. The minimum sports bet is ৳50. The minimum casino game stake varies by title and is displayed before each round.
• kriya 11 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or gaming session. Maximum payout limits are stated within the relevant market or game interface.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — including bets placed during a network or system delay that results in late acceptance — may be voided at kriya 11's sole discretion.

6.2 Cricket Betting

kriya 11 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets for BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Ball-by-ball in-play markets close briefly between deliveries to process results and recalculate odds. Players are responsible for ensuring their bets are placed before the relevant market closes. kriya 11 is not liable for bets that fail to be accepted due to a player's connection issues during in-play markets.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

🚫 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kriya 11 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and may have funds withheld pending investigation:

• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes in a way that provides an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or casino table games.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets to exploit differences in odds between platforms or markets in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, where this is determined to constitute abuse of the kriya 11 platform.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely received and credited to your kriya 11 account. Accounts from which chargebacks are initiated will be suspended immediately.
• Exploitation of Errors: Exploiting any obvious pricing error, software bug, or system fault to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable.
• Money Laundering: Using kriya 11 to launder funds or to facilitate any illegal financial activity. kriya 11 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to use the platform while under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.

🔐 8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your kriya 11 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by using the account closure tool in your Account Settings. Upon closure request, kriya 11 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited at the time of closure — only your real-money balance is returned.

8.2 Closure by kriya 11

kriya 11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (see 8.3 below).

Where kriya 11 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where kriya 11 closes an account for reasons unrelated to player fault (e.g., regulatory change affecting a specific region), the full real-money balance will be returned.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months. kriya 11 will send a notification to the registered mobile number 30 days before applying the inactive account policy. Following the 12-month inactivity threshold, an administrative fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the account balance to cover maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in. Players can reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing identity verification.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their lives may apply for self-exclusion through their Account Settings or by contacting support. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months is available, with options extending up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires. ⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kriya 11's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kriya 11 is not liable for any of the following types of loss, even if such loss was foreseeable or kriya 11 had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored on the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond kriya 11's reasonable control (including mobile network outages, payment gateway failures, and force majeure events).
• Losses arising from the player's own failure to maintain account security, including sharing login credentials.
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on information provided by third parties (including sports tipsters or other players).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes kriya 11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These exclusions are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the applicable law of Bangladesh.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, with reference to the applicable consumer protection framework as it pertains to digital services. kriya 11 does not make specific claims regarding regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body. Our commitment to player safety is demonstrated through our platform's technical security standards and transparent operational practices.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and kriya 11, we encourage you to first contact our support team via live chat so that the matter can be resolved informally and quickly. The majority of disputes — including those related to bet settlement, payment delays, and bonus issues — are resolved within 24 hours at this first stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account ID]". kriya 11 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a final written decision within 14 business days.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the commercial intent of the original clause.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kriya 11 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
